Shipping Information
US orders over $150 qualify for complementary shipping. In addition, we offer complementary delivery on orders within the Oklahoma City area, and will notify clients on orders that qualify. We ship our orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on product shipping regulations across carriers. While we aim for same day or next day shipment after order placement, it may take up to three days for processing. Our operation is small, but expediting the delivery process for all clients is our priority.
Rush orders may be accommodated; however, please contact us in advance for scheduling. You may reach us at carolynfbeauty@gmail.com,
or 239 207 4553, to make such requests. Cost, fees and taxes associated with rush shipments must be covered by the customer.
Returns + Damages
RETURNS
We are committed to your satisfaction, and it is important to us that you enjoy your goods and services. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your service or purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at carolynfbeauty@gmail.com. Services are currently non-refundable; however, if you were not pleased with your service, we will try to do what we can to remedy the situation.
Unopened or minimally used merchandise may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of the transaction date. Your invoice, if an online transaction, or your receipt for in-studio transactions, must be provided and items must be in their original packaging in order to complete a merchandise return. To initiate a return request, please email carolynfbeauty@gmail.com for process details. We have the right to refuse returns, and we cannot process returns without a return request submission.
DAMAGES
If you have received a product that appears defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at carolynfbeauty@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt. In addition, we request that you include photos of the damaged item, and/or shipping parcel before we are able to issue a replacement of the item.
